What is YEP?
YEP, or the Youth Empowerment Program, helps young people and families build resilience, connection, and confidence through individualized peer support and empowerment programming. Rather than asking students to come to us, we bring our services to where they already are - in schools, community settings, virtually, and Wolfe Street Foundation locations.
We partner with students, families, schools, and communities to help young people discover their strengths, develop their values, navigate challenges, and build the skills needed to thrive. Through one-on-one empowerment coaching, family resource navigation, school-wide activations, parenting workshops, and early intervention services, we equip adolescents with the support and opportunities they need to choose their brightest futures.
What YEP Students Benefit From
A trusted Peer Support Specialist who listens, encourages, and walks alongside them
Individualized support focused on their strengths, goals, and future
Practical life skills to navigate challenges with confidence
Connection to resources for mental health, education, and basic needs
A supportive community where they feel seen, valued, and capable
Opportunities to build healthy relationships with peers and caring adults

YEP, We Can Come to You!
YEP brings empowerment programming directly to schools, youth-serving organizations, and community partners across Arkansas. Whether you're looking for ongoing support or a one-time event, we'll work with you to create programming that fits your students' needs.
